Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according to LAW 3556/2007 & Decision EC 1/434/03.07.2007 and following relevant opinion received from the Chairman and Managing Director Mr Evangelos Chaidas, on 14/2/2019 the company proceeded with the sale of 300.000 shares to an foreign institutional investor with a total value of 1,410,000 Euros.
