Following the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as it is applicable, and after the relevant notification received from the shareholder AMIRAL GESTION on 30/9/2020, IKTINOS HELLAS SA would like to announce that the total percentage of voting rights held and incorporated in shares went down of the 5% limit on 29/9/2020 and holds 5.700.740 voting rights corresponding to an equal number of shares, ie 4,99%
