IKTINOS HELLAS SA would like to clarify the below, regarding its 2019 financial results which were published yesterday:
The obligations towards the members of the Board of Directors and Managers, total value of 2,528 million euros, which appear in the financial statements of 31/12/2019, concern non-received dividends of previous years of the main company’s shareholders, part of which not yet received from them since they have the discretion to do it whenever they wish, showing their confidence in the company's future.
