IKTINOS HELLAS SA would like to inform the investing public that on 5/7/2018 the transfer from the company MARMARA KAVALAS SA regarding the rights for a public quarry area (marble quarry) of 96,470 acres in Pyrgos, Municipality of Prossotsani in the Prefecture of Drama was completed. It is about of a white marble quarry of excellent quality and durability, which the rental was recently extended for twenty (20) years after the approval of the Environmental Terms. The operation of the quarry will be immediate contributing to the increase of the turnover of IKTINOS HELLAS SA. The purchase price amounted to seven million Euro (€ 7,000,000) and was paid in cash.
