The company IKTINOS HELLAS SA αnnounces to the investing public that after the Ordinary General Meeting of 30 June 2017 the Board of Directors met today and was constituted as follows:
1. Evangelos Chaidas of Nicholas, Chairman & Managing Director (executive member).
2. Julia Chaidas of Evangelos, Vice-Chairman (Executive Member).
3.Anastaia Chaida of Evangelos, Member (executive member).
4. Lydia Chaida of Evangelos, Member (executive member).
5. Peristeri Katsikakis, Georgios, Member (non-executive member)
6. Efthimios Chatzi stefanidis of Stavros, Member (independent non-executive member).
7. Ioannis Tamaresis of Dionysios, Member (independent non-executive member).
The Board of Directors also appointed the Company to be represented in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and Statute, Mr. Evangelos Chaidas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Company and the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ioulia Haidas, who represent And each binds individually with their own signature under the corporate stamp, unlimited to the company for its acts, as stated in the Articles of Association.
The term of the above Board of Directors shall be valid until the Ordinary General Meeting of 2023.
