IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 26/10/2017 decided to distribute profits of previous years amounting to € 0.059326046 per share or € 1,695,544.32. The company owns 321,028 own shares and, according to the legislation in force, the distribution corresponding to them increases the amount that will be received by the other shareholders and therefore the total gross amount of the distribution per share amounts to 0.06 euro. From this amount of money, the relevant tax of 15% is deducted according to the provisions of article 3 par. 1 of law 4110/2013 and therefore the total amount paid per share will amount to 0.051 Euros.
The cut will take place on Monday, 30/10/2017, the beneficiaries will be the investors registered with the DSS on Tuesday 31/10/2017 and the payment will take place on Friday 3/11/2017 and will be made via the Piraeus Bank, as follows :
- Through the DSS Operators, for investors who have authorized their Operators to collect.
- Through the Piraeus Bank Branch Network for those shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS operator. or have their shares in the Special Account of their Share.
- By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) where the investor has stated that he wishes to receive the distributed amounts according to article 13 of the DSS Operation Regulation. and the decision of the Board of Directors No. 6 of the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive them through their Operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the paying Bank. For those of the shareholders that can not be credited through IBAN, then the dividend can be collected through the Piraeus Bank Branch Network, with the presentation of the identity card and the printing of the DSS data. or to legally authorized persons upon presentation of a certified copy of the authorized Shareholder's signature.
