IKTINOS HELLAS, following its announcement of 4-10-2017 concerning the market of marble processing facilities of G. LAZARIDIS-MARMARA DRAMAS SA, informs the investing public that the transfer of its assets has been completed, for the amount of 1.600.000 Euros, to IKTINOS HELLAS SA Already, it operates under the IKTINOS HELLAS SA management, with the existing staff of 15 employees, which continues to work normally under the original employment contracts.
Based on the company's investment program, approximately EUR 10 million will be invested in the next two years to modernize and strengthen its production capacity. The contribution of the new plant to turnover is initially estimated at 10-12 million per year, aiming to reach around 20 million per year in the long run.
