• Mrs. Lydia  Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors,  on 28/4/2021  proceeded with the sale of 100.000 shares of  total value of 83.400 Euro.
• Mrs. Ioulia  Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors,  on 28/4/2021  proceeded with the purchase of 50.000 shares of  total value of  41.700 Euro.
• Mrs. Lydia  Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors,  on 28/4/2021  proceeded with the purchase of 50.000 shares of  total value of 41.700 Euro.
