Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according to LAW 3556/2007 & Decision EC 1/434/03.07.2007 and following relevant opinion received from the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Lydia Chaida, on 13/1/2020 the company proceeded with the sale of 175.000 shares with a total value of 203.027,57 Euro.
