The company IKTINOS HELLAS SA, under the buyback share program decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 29.04.2014, under Article 5 (par. 3) no. 2273/2003 Regulation of Commission of the European Communities, informed the investing public that at the meeting of 12.15.2014, acquired own shares and exceeded limit of 25% of the average daily volume, as determined in accordance with paragraph 2 of that Article.
